A finish!
The pattern was posted at Moda Bake Shop yesterday.
This quilt was one of those happy accidents that happen when you’re playing around blocks.
The fabrics are Potluck by American Jane and Moda Bella Solids in snow and mustard.
For the quilting I used my trusty Aurifil. White (2024 in 50wt) for the front and Yellow (2135 in 50wt) for the back.
Told you I’ve been busy! Each block has 10 fabric pieces, so there was quite a bit of piecing involved.

Congratulations on being published over at the Bakeshop! This is a great way to showcase that fabric line. Your design has such a classic appeal but is still so clean and open. (I’d love to make this pattern in solids.)

Love this pattern Julie, I love the traditional double wedding ring and this feels like a modern version of that. Fabrics are perfect! Congrats on the Bakeshop:)

I finished my top on Friday the 8th!
It’s a gorgeous pattern and just the perfect pattern for a jelly roll that I had purchased. How did you quilt yours – on a home machine or at a professional long arm quilter? I want to try free motion quilting and figured this would be a good one to try it on.
