I receive your e-mails. My favorite color combination is: Yellow, gray, white. Gray is not my favorite color but I HAD to make a quilt with these colors!!! It makes me happy every time I walk into my sewing room a see the fabric.

Found you on fb. I now like you on fb, and on pinterest. Today I am 62, and I have only been learning quilting since 2009, after a thirty year hiatus due to work. I am still working out the kinks in my sewing, but there is hope. Haven’t tried a lot of free motion quilting, but it is on my bucket list. Over the years my color pallette has changed with the seasons. Right now I am working with blues, greens and yellows. Tomorrow, who knows? You offer a freshness in the blogworld. Just discovered you on FB. Interesting. I’m an “old” quilter says my best quilting buddy who is an even “older” quilter. I started as a kid and I’m in my mid 60’s. Colors – all of them, although Orange seems to be limited to halloween or a wierd Bunny Egg. It’s a little difficult to work with. I’m one of those terrible people who can’t get enough color in a quilt. I’ve started to work on smaller quilty projects like purses and containers for electronic gadgets – mostly because of an arm injury. But my first love is designing a quilt with secondary and tertiary patterns.
