I am currently working on Dresden plate blocks that my grandmother and/or Aunt started. They’re made of original 30’s fabric. One of my cousins found the blocks – just the plates really – and asked me to make her a quilt. I am now sewing them to a backing material. First handsewing i have ever done on a quilt project.
