Hope everyone is having a great week and able to squeeze in some sewing time.  This weekend I’ll be cutting into some fabrics to start a new quilt, something I’m definitely looking forward to.

It was pretty exciting last week to be posted on the Janome website. I love my machine!

This week I was able to cross a few projects off my list, which always feels good.  I finished up my Scrappy Trip Bee blocks and have them packaged up and ready to ship out.  Also completed a teacup block for Sarah Fielke.

Isn’t the pattern cute?  (the handle was a bit tricky for me)

Sarah is collecting teacup blocks to create a quilt for her birthday.  I can’t wait to see it completed, she’s shared some really colorful blocks on Instagram.

Hi!

I don’t really have any works in progress to share (believe me I have lots of WIP) because I’m in the  middle of cleaning up my sewing room. It’s a disaster, I tell ya! Although I did make some lavender sachets yesterday.
