The best part of my week was that my husband was out of town which left a lot of evening time to do some sewing! While I don’t like him leaving, I do enjoy unlimited sewing!

Cute pouch. The best part of my week was going to a yoga in the park session with my daughter. It was my first yoga class.

Love your pouch!! Last week my husband, brother and I went berry picking – it was a great time!! I picked 14 cups of raspberries in about 2 hours!! HooWee!

I am still recovering from being really sick; so, sad to say, not much was good. Yesterday was pretty good until I got a phone call in the evening saying my mother passed away.

I’ve spent a lot of time in the past two weeks making a shower gift. Finishing it and loving how it turned out was a highlight of my week. Now I have to wait a week to give it.

It was the 2 day honeymoon retreat I had with my husband after 10 years if marriage. We were not able to have it back then so this was our chance! We left the kids with their grandparents and enjoyed a much deserved quality time!

I love Zipit! They have the neatest zipper pulls too. Favorite part of the last week was picking wild blueberries and (planted) red currants! Such a fun way to end the summer……
